We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support during the night shift. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of customer service or BPO experience (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
