About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring skilled IT professionals across multiple technologies and domains. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback coordination, offer management, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (corporate or agency background)
- Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and current technology trends
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
- Immediate availability or short notice period will be an added advantage
