Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons for primary grade students.
- Maintain a child-friendly, safe, and interactive learning environment.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and participation among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Support overall student development academically and socially.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Freshers with strong teaching enthusiasm can also apply.
- Experience in primary teaching will be an added advantage.
