Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/ Business Development Executive – Media Sales with 1–2 years of experience to drive business growth by selling media space. The candidate will be responsible for selling media space, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the media domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in media sales
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) for campaign execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of media sales, advertising, or digital marketing concepts
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales of any product or service / Media/advertising sales
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
