Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing and executing refits with a focus on quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing essential reports, managing stakeholders, ensuring team safety, and maintaining inventory of tools and equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
i. As Mechanical Engineer (Refits) - timely & quality execution of Refits.
ii. Prepare Reports as required like, Inspection Reports, Work Completion Reports, Time Sheets, Service Reports, DPR/MIS as required for the purpose of Project Execution, Management reporting & for the Preparation & Submission of Customer Invoices.
iii. Manage all stakeholders i.e. Customers, Vendors, and Support Teams. Manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction, timely Vendor payments, and Team's morale and motivation.
iv. Ensure Physical and Mental Health & Safety of teams and ensure HSE Guidelines are followed.
v. Maintain inventory of allocated Tools, equipment and tackles and ensure Tools are calibrated / tested in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical Field, preferably in the shipping industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical reports and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HSE guidelines and safety standards.
- Experience in inventory management and tool calibration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
