We are hiring Admission Counselors to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Guide students to make informed career and course choices.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 6-day working.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
