Business Development Manager
A fast-moving and often pressurized job, it involves developing new clients for DNX Cargo and maintaining relationships with the company’s existing customer base. A Business Development Manager plays a vital role in the company’s growth and future plans.
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Increasing the client base
- Negotiating deals
- Having in-depth knowledge of DNX Cargo’s value proposition and business products
- Identifying and mapping the core strengths of DNX and aligning them with customer needs
- Writing business proposals
- UG/PG in Commerce/Marketing
- 3+ years of experience -Previous business experience with international and/or domestic courier industry preferred
- Good communication skills
- Excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills
- Sound commercial insight and experience and ability to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Team leadership and management skills
