We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics / MIS professional to join our tea factory team.
Candidate Requirements
1) Candidates with experience in the Tea Industry will be preferred.
2) Must have worked in a similar Data Analytics / MIS role in reputed tea companies or tea organizations such as Parcon, J. Thomas & Co., or similar companies.
3) Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis and MIS reporting.
4) Should be able to analyze large volumes of data and prepare meaningful reports for management.
5) Good understanding of tea manufacturing, production, inventory, sales or related tea-industry data will be an added advantage.
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7) Should be detail-oriented and capable of working with accuracy.
8) Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and analytical reports.
2) Analyze tea factory production and operational data.
3) Prepare reports on production, raw material, stock, dispatch and other factory-related activities.
4) Identify trends, variances and key performance indicators from the data.
5) Maintain and improve existing reporting systems.
6) Provide data-driven insights to management for better decision-making.
7) Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify accurate data.
8) Develop Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
IMPORTANT
Candidates with previous experience in the Tea Industry and similar Data Analytics/MIS roles will be given preference.
Experience with Parcon, J. Thomas & Co., tea brokers, tea manufacturers, tea factories, or other established tea organizations will be an added advantage.
This position is specifically for DATA ANALYTICS / MIS. Candidates applying for Sales, Field Marketing or Digital Marketing positions should not apply.
