Job Summary
CADD Centre is looking for a passionate and technically proficient Electrical Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in electrical design, drafting, and engineering software. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, guiding learners through projects, and preparing them for industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for electrical engineering students and professionals.
- Train students on Electrical CAD and engineering design software.
- Explain electrical drafting, design concepts, standards, and industry practices.
- Develop training materials, assignments, exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Provide hands-on guidance on electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and documentation.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical exercises, and projects.
- Provide individual mentoring and support to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical design tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Support students in developing job-ready technical competencies.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and learner progress reports.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and/or relevant electrical design software.
- Knowledge of electrical drafting, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and electrical layouts.
- Understanding of electrical design standards and practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong classroom management and learner-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
