Job Summary
FMPT Eco Paper Bag is hiring an Accountant cum Telecaller to manage daily accounting activities along with customer communication and follow-ups. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both financial records and client coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
* Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
* Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries
* Generate invoices, quotations, and payment receipts
* Manage GST billing and basic taxation work
* Track pending payments and follow up with clients
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial reports
* Work on Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Telecalling & Coordination
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
* Follow up with customers for orders and payments
* Respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries
* Coordinate with sales and production teams
* Maintain customer records and communication logs
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred
* Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
* Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
* Prior experience in accounting or telecalling preferred
