ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES CRM
Maintain and update customer and lead data
Customer follow-ups, and customer interactions
Customer Handling in Experience Center Inhouse showroom (NOT 100 % , MAY BE)
Customer calls, conversations and commitments are duly recorded.
Introducing customers to your company and your products
Record customer complaints and suggestions and discuss with the team for resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and follow-up reports
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally
Follow up on leads, quotations, payments, and pending orders
Explain company products, pricing, schemes, and offers to customers
Collect customer requirements and pass them to the sales team
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
