Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Receptionist cum Tele caller with 3–4 years of relevant experience in customer handling, lead generation, and follow-up coordination & day to day office activities.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in multiple languages including Kannada, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, convincing ability, and the confidence to handle customer conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/clients professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Follow up with prospective leads & convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for relationship management.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up details in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist & Telecaller / Customer Support / Tele Sales Executive.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to speak and understand multiple languages:
- Kannada
- English
- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customers from different regions and language backgrounds.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Education:
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
