About the Role
· We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, production support, automation, and infrastructure operations.
· The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure environments, supporting mission-critical applications, and automating operational processes using Python and scripting technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise applications and infrastructure environments.
· Support underlying operating systems including Linux, Windows, and VMware environments.
· Perform proactive monitoring, incident triaging, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
· Provide production on-call support for cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
· Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
· Optimize operational workflows and improve infrastructure reliability.
· Manage virtualization environments including VMware, OLVM, and OpenStack.
· Support disk storage technologies and protocols such as iSCSI and Fiber Channel.
· Work with load balancer traffic distribution technologies including Akamai and VMware Avi.
· Handle Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
· Support patching, rehydration, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
· Use ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Jira for operational support and issue management.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure environments
· Extensive experience in production on-call support for cloud infrastructure
· Hands-on experience managing virtual machines and enterprise infrastructure
· Proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu), Windows, VMware, OLVM, and OpenStack
· Knowledge of disk storage protocols including iSCSI and Fiber Channel
· Experience with Akamai and VMware Avi load balancer technologies
· Strong automation expertise using Python and Shell scripting
· Exposure to SQL optimization
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Jira
· Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
Good to Have Skills
· Exposure to knowledge documentation and process creation
· Experience working in enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
· Familiarity with automation frameworks and operational tooling
· Understanding of infrastructure reliability and operational excellence practices

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
