7.00 P.M. to 6.00 A.M.(Night Shift)

Stipend : Rs 10,000
Job Role:
1. Support the setup and implementation of the Catering System as per FSSAI Schedule IV requirements.
2. Observe kitchen and catering practices and identify areas for improvement.
3. Prepare and explain food safety records, formats, work instructions, policies and display boards, and support record maintenance.
4. Support basic hygiene practices such as: Personal hygiene, Cleaning and sanitation, Food storage, Temperature monitoring, FIFO/FEFO, Pest control, Waste management, Safe food handling
5. Coordinate with clients and vendors for testing reports, service reports, calibration certificates and other required records.
6. Conduct kitchen hygiene inspections and prepare visit reports.
7. Follow up with the client on observations and support closing of identified gaps.
8. Coordinate with senior team members and provide regular updates on progress.
Note: Young individuals prefererred residing in Mumbai City.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
