Pay – ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
Working Days – 5 Days a week
Work Time – 8.10 am to 2.10 pm
Start Date - Immediate
Education – Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field.
Role - School-based 1:1 support
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in shadow teaching, special education, counselling, or child support roles preferred.

Job Summary -
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and proactive Shadow Teacher (Learning Support Assistant) to support a child in a mainstream school setting.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during school hours
- Help the child remain engaged and appropriately participate in classroom activities
- Support emotional regulation during challenging situations
- Assist with transitions, classroom routines, and peer interactions
- Use positive behavior support strategies and encourage flexibility
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and therapists regarding observations and progress
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with teachers, coordinators, special educators, and parents.
- Document and share daily observations, progress, challenges, and intervention outcomes with parents.
- Document and share consolidated weekly observations with parents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field.
- (Preferred - Special Education, Child Development, Behavioral Therapy, or related fields)
- Communication - English.
- Should have patience and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and supportive.
