Job Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, possess good communication skills, and be passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Address guest requests promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in hotel or hospitality F&B service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a guest-first approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards is preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
