Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Electrical & Maintenance team.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and utilities.
- Ensure smooth operation of PLC, VFD, control panels, sensors, and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, SOPs, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase departments.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor development.
- Drive continuous improvement, TPM, and 5S activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Electrical Supervisor License (Preferred)
Experience
- 8–15 Years of experience in manufacturing industries.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹15,590.19 - ₹38,368.14 per month
