Telecalling Executive (Full-Time, Work From Office) – Tollygunge, South Kolkata
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives (Male/Female) to join our team at Core Systems.
Our office is located just a short walk from Tollygunge Metro Station (Uttam Kumar), so candidates from South Kolkata or nearby areas will be preferred for convenience.
Please note: This is a full-time, work-from-office position. It is not a work-from-home opportunity.
About the Job
We are not a consultancy or BPO. We operate online business portals and offer subscription-based services to businesses across India, mainly packers and movers.
In this role, you'll act as an Account Manager, building relationships with our business customers over the phone. From introducing our services and onboarding new subscribers to assisting existing customers and reminding them about subscription renewals, you'll be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships.
This is not a high-pressure target-based sales job, but we do expect every team member to work sincerely, communicate confidently, and give their best every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Call businesses and introduce our services.
- Explain our subscription packages and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing subscribers.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with them whenever required.
- Follow up for subscription renewals and payment reminders.
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, polite and confident while speaking on the phone.
- A good listener who follows instructions carefully.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English (Bengali is a plus).
- Familiar with basic computer operations such as MS Word, Excel and email.
- Smart, sincere, punctual and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in an office environment on a full-time basis.
Freshers Are Welcome
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales or office administration are also welcome.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
