Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management/Pharmaceutical Management) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) – Mandatory
Experience: Upto 1+ yrs of experience
Age Limit: 21–30 years (recommended)
Employment Agreement: Must agree to a 2-year employment agreement
Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities as required
Industry: Clinical Research Organization (CRO) / Healthcare Services

Freshers / Experience Note
Freshers with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries will be given preference.

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, supporting business growth initiatives, and promoting the organization's clinical research and healthcare services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing business proposals, managing client communications, and contributing to revenue generation while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients, sponsors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research institutions.
- Generate qualified business leads through networking, market research, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable clinical research and healthcare solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
3. Proposal & Documentation Management
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, agreements, and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information for client proposals.
- Ensure all business documentation is accurate, complete, and professionally maintained.
- Maintain records of client interactions using CRM or document management systems.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
5. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, clinical research, regulatory, finance, and project teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Support contract negotiations and project initiation activities.
- Track business opportunities from lead generation through project closure.
6. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Support digital marketing and business branding initiatives.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and revenue generation.
- Present business updates and pipeline reports to management.
