Job Description – CT / MRI Technician (Senior)
Position: CT / MRI Technician
Department: Radiology
Experience: 5–10 Years
Role Summary:
The CT / MRI Technician is responsible for independently performing all imaging procedures including CT, MRI, and X-ray, ensuring high-quality images, patient safety, and supporting radiologists through image and report validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all radiology scans: CT, MRI, and X-ray independently
- Ensure correct patient preparation, positioning, and protocol selection
- Maintain high standards of image quality and accuracy
- Assist Radiologists in technical image review and report validation
- Follow radiation protection and MRI safety protocols strictly
- Administer contrast media as per protocol and certification
- Maintain PACS/RIS documentation and imaging records
- Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BSc in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology
- Valid registration with statutory council (if applicable)
Experience Requirement:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in:
- CT, MRI, and X-ray imaging
- Performing all scans independently
- Image quality check and report validation coordination

- Strong technical knowledge of imaging modalities
- Excellent patient-handling skills
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹8,655.60 - ₹30,000.00 per month
