We’re hiring a high-energy, execution-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own hiring like a business. If you’ve built pipelines from scratch, headhunted strong performers, closed tough mandates, and partnered directly with leadership — this role is for you.
This is not a coordination role. This is a builder + closer role.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition – from role briefing to offer closure and onboarding.
- Lead mid to senior-level and leadership hiring across functions.
- Proactively headhunt and map talent from competitors and target companies.
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job portals, and market research.
- Partner directly with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring strategy and urgency.
- Run tight screening processes – assess skill, intent, culture fit, and compensation alignment.
- Lead salary negotiations and offer closures, minimizing dropouts.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, funnel metrics, and closure ratios.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience while maintaining speed and quality.
What You Must Bring
- 6–8 years of strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven track record in leadership hiring and niche roles.
- Global Hiring Experience is an added advantage
- Hands-on headhunting and competitor mapping experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to push back, influence, and drive hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Sharp negotiation skills with a strong closure mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
