This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead with strong expertise in enterprise reporting across Finance and SCM domains. As a Reporting Lead, you will drive end-to-end reporting strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, and ensure optimized, scalable, and efficient reporting solutions across modules.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and rationalize reporting requirements across Finance, SCM, PPM, RMCS, and Subscription modules
Define and drive reporting strategy ensuring optimal number of reports with minimal redundancy
Analyze existing reports for consolidation, standardization, and optimization
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting designs
Work with developers (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW) to ensure delivery
Establish governance for report lifecycle and prioritization
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Support UAT validation and business sign-offs
Drive performance optimization of reports
Act as single point of contact for reporting discussions
10+ years experience in Oracle ERP with focus on Fusion Reporting
Strong functional understanding of Finance and SCM including PPM, RMCS, Subscription
Hands-on OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics
Strong stakeholder management
Experience in reporting optimization initiatives
Ability to translate functional to technical design
Strong communication and leadership
