Required production executive with 5 years plus experience in production department of any food processing company. Experience with snack manufacturers preferred. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in managing food production operations at a mid-to-large scale plant
1. Production & Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure smooth production flow
- Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor KPIs such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
2. Food Product Development
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to support new product trials and scale-up
- Optimize recipes and processes for cost-effectiveness and quality consistency
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences to guide innovation
3. Manpower Planning & Team Leadership
- Plan and allocate manpower across shifts to maximize productivity
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives
4. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation for dispatch activities
- Resolve bottlenecks in outbound logistics and improve turnaround times
5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to ISO, HACCP, and other quality systems
