As part of our expansion plans in South India, we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to develop the Karnataka market.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive based in Bangalore to oversee sales and marketing activities across Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, project owners, dealers, and distributors, and driving market growth for Luxfloors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the Luxfloors market across Karnataka.
- Identify and approach architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and project owners.
- Generate enquiries and secure flooring specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and distributors where appropriate.
- Follow up on project opportunities from enquiry stage through order closure.
- Coordinate with the company’s sales and management team regarding project developments and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, construction materials, interiors, flooring, building products, or related industries.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong networking skills with architects, designers, builders, and project stakeholders will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across South India as required.
