About the Role
CGR International School is seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced Transport In-Charge to manage the school’s day-to-day transportation operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating drivers and attendants, handling parent communication, and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee daily school bus operations and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Plan and monitor bus routes, schedules, and transportation requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, parents, students, and school management.
- Track student transportation attendance and maintain proper records.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and compliance with school transport policies.
- Handle transportation emergencies and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Monitor driver and attendant performance.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, fitness, and documentation.
- Respond to parent concerns and provide appropriate updates.
- Ensure all transport activities run smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in transport management or a related role.
- Previous school transport experience is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and transport support staff.
- Basic computer knowledge and good documentation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and unexpected situations.
- Flexible with working hours when required.
- Male candidates preferred.
