Job Description : CAE Engineer-Hypermesh and Abaqus (Engine & Powertrain components)3 to 6yrs of exp.
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Analyst proficient in using Abaqus and HyperMesh to join our engineering team.
- Proven experience using Abaqus for finite element analysis, specifically in automotive engine background.
- Experience with structural analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, and fluid-structure interactions in engine components.
- Strong understanding of engine systems, materials, and failure modes.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced simulations and analyses, utilizing these software tools to support product design, optimization, and validation.
- Proven experience using Abaqus for finite element analysis (FEA).
- Expertise in HyperMesh for model preparation, mesh generation, and model setup.
- Strong background in structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations.
- Hands-on experience with post-processing tools like HyperView and Abaqus/CAE.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to critically analyze simulation results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present and explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in creating and verifying models, running simulations, and interpreting results.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
