About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist / Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for our diverse client portfolio. You'll own campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and setup to analysis and reporting — working closely with internal teams and clients to consistently drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (social media advertising) via Meta Ads Manager
- Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) to identify trends and actionable insights
- Continuously test and refine targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and ad copy to improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (design, content, SEO) and external teams/clients to align on strategy and execution
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid media
- Take on other activities assigned by senior management as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals — targeting, bidding strategies, funnel structure, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to translate numbers into clear insights
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills — able to explain campaign performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹11,981.67 - ₹30,107.74 per month
