HR roles and responsibilities:
Encompass managing the entire employee lifecycle to align workforce capabilities with business goals, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. They foster positive work culture, ensure legal compliance, handle conflict resolution, and support professional development.
Key Functional Areas & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational staffing needs.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits, and conducting salary reviews to ensure competitive compensation.
Performance Management: Setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, providing training, and facilitating career development.
Employee Relations & Culture: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, conducting disciplinary actions, and organizing engagement activities.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to labor regulations, and workplace safety standards, as well as maintaining employee records.
HR Strategy & Policies: Developing and updating company policies, aligning human resources with strategic business goals, and conducting organizational planning.
Communication: Acting as a bridge between management and employees.
Problem-Solving: Addressing complex personnel issues and employee conflicts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office (Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and organizational skills.
