Role summary
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on E‑Commerce Growth Manager to drive D2C revenue, improve conversion and increase repeat purchases. You’ll manage Shopify store operations, run retention campaigns, coordinate with performance marketing partners, and turn data into growth actions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive D2C growth with focus on revenue, conversion rate, and repeat sales.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to align goals and optimise campaigns.
- Plan and run retention marketing (email, WhatsApp, customer re‑engagement).
- Manage Shopify store: product uploads, banners, promotions, landing pages, and basic CRO.
- Track and report key metrics: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat orders, retention.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports (Excel/Google Sheets) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising and operations teams for campaign planning.
Required experience & skills
- 2+ years in e‑commerce/D2C growth, digital marketing, or related roles (mid‑level).
- Hands‑on Shopify experience (store management, product uploads, promotions).
- Experience in retention marketing (email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns).
- Experience coordinating with performance marketing teams or agencies.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with analytics.
- Good decision‑making, problem solving, and ownership mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
