Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while managing agency partners and marketing budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
- Prior experience in the Education/EdTech sector is preferred.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 per year
