About the position
- Conduct outreach to colleges via phone calls to invite participation in the Zerodha Varsity Quiz
- Communicate details of the quiz to relevant college Points of Contact (POCs)
- Track registrations and coordinate with POCs to gather participant numbers
- Maintain and update tracking sheets on Excel for outreach and follow-ups
- Assist with peripheral responsibilities such as event/session coordination, data handling, and reporting
Who is this role ideal for?
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in event coordination or outreach
- Comfortable working independently and managing timelines
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any stream

QShala (Walnut Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is an educational company that aims to bring about curiosity and awareness among children and adults through the use of questions and storytelling. We are trying to solve primary issues of education such as motivation, general awareness and providing context through our various interventions.
Our program uses questions, stories, and curiosity-centered activities to help children broaden their horizons about what's happening in the world, and in the syllabus as well. It also focuses on enhancing one's personality by placing emphasis on how to read, write, listen and speak better.
The QShala philosophy is to pique curiosity and independent thinking. The content and activities are created to provide children with increased exposure to the world around them, allowing for an increase in interest in their existing curriculum.
QShala also helps organizations engage with its employees and its customers. We engage remote and offline teams through quizzes, games, and activities as a part of audience engagement, team bonding, ice breaking, and on-boarding activities. We also help brands engage their audience with curated content experiences, aid lead generation, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
