Job Summary
Apto Solutions is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as Developers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles.
- Experience using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and frameworks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT staffing or consultancy recruitment.
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
