SS Trainer
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Conduct induction and on-the-job training for newly joined Swayam Seviks.
Organize refresher training sessions to improve product knowledge and field performance.
Experience: Willingness to travel extensively.
Assess trainees' performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional Teams to identify training needs.
