The role encompasses lead genera on, career counselling, personalized course recommenda ons, and closing deals to drive revenue. The candidate should have strong marke ng and sales understanding to promote our diverse course offerings and expand our student base. Job Descrip on As a Business Growth Execu ve, your role will involve transla ng theore cal knowledge gained in the ini al training phase into prac cal revenue-genera ng strategies during the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase. You will be responsible for implemen ng effec ve techniques to drive revenue and contribute to the company’s growth. Training & S pend During the training program (approx. 3 weeks), a s pend of ₹10,000 will be provided. This is subject to pro-rata adjustments based on par cipa on and performance during the training period. Performance-based incen ves may also be applicable. Responsibili es 1. Lead Genera on: Iden fy and generate leads through mul ple channels such as social media, online pla orms, networking events, and referrals. 2. Career Counselling: Understand students’ goals, background, and preferences to recommend suitable courses. 3. Course Pitching: Effec vely present and explain course offerings based on student needs. 4. Relationship Building: Maintain strong rela onships with leads and guide them throughout the decisionmaking process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
