Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Install and update software, operating systems, antivirus, and applications.
- Manage IT assets, backups, user accounts, and system security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support.
- Maintain IT records, AMC details, and service reports.
- Support hospital/office software applications and ensure smooth IT operations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
