We are hiring friendly Servers to join our outlet teams. Servers will greet customers, take and deliver orders, suggest items (mithai, namkeen, bakery, chaat, multi-cuisine), keep the place clean, and help with smooth daily operations. We prefer candidates with F&B experience, but we will train motivated people.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and show menus. Suggest popular items.
- Take orders for dine-in, takeaway and counters. Enter orders in the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks correctly and on time.
- Suggest add-ons or combos politely to increase sales.
- Handle bills and payments following cash/card procedures.
- Keep tables and immediate dining areas clean. Clear and reset tables quickly.
- Help counter staff pack takeaway and hand over orders.
- Watch for customer needs and respond quickly. Tell the outlet manager about serious complaints.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules (handwashing, gloves, hairnets when needed).
- Help check small supplies (napkins, cutlery) and report shortages.
- Help during busy times, events or catering — including setup and service at events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 0–3 years experience as a server, counter staff, or in catering, bakeries, QSRs preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene; FSSAI awareness is a plus.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card payments.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English helpful for billing.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods. Available for flexible shifts (including weekends and festivals).
