The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities within a specific geographic area. The Area Sales Manager works to increase market share, build customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement and login targets for Prime Home Loans.
- Builder & Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners (DSAs, Connectors) to drive business.
- Market Sourcing: Source home loan customers directly from the builder market and other channels like direct sourcing and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate a team of sales officers to achieve productivity benchmarks and sales objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent service to customers throughout the home loan process, from documentation to disbursement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify potential opportunities to gain market share.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, credit norms, and external regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth loan processing.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 4-10 years of experience in Home Loans/Mortgage sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team-handling role.
