Job Title: Statistics Faculty (Grades XI & XII)
Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Statistics Faculty to teach students of Grades XI and XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations through concept-based learning, practical applications, and problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for Statistics (Grades XI & XII).
- Plan lessons in accordance with the latest curriculum and examination pattern.
- Teach statistical concepts, data analysis, probability, sampling, correlation, regression, and other prescribed topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Guide students in solving statistical problems and interpreting real-world data.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and academic support.
- Conduct revision classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and board examination preparation.
- Maintain academic records and collaborate with the academic team to ensure quality learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Grades XI & XII.
- Experience preparing students for Board Examinations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Statistics curriculum.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain statistical concepts, probability, and data interpretation in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and LMS platforms.
- Strong mentoring and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic statistical software/tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
