Manage end-to-end physical security operations (guards, access control, CCTV, visitor management).
Liaise with security agencies for deployment, training, and performance monitoring.
Conduct security audits, fire drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.
Maintain security infrastructure (boom barriers, alarms, surveillance systems).
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across plant, office, and common areas.
Manage vendor contracts, deployment schedules, and consumables inventory.
Conduct hygiene audits and ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards.
Implement waste segregation and disposal systems.
Manage pest control vendor contracts, schedules, and all PR , PO and Payment will be facilitated by the CAT.
Ensure treatment frequency meets statutory and safety norms.
Maintain pest control records for audits and inspections.
Maintain AMC for chairs and furniture repairs/replacements.
Track asset condition and initiate preventive maintenance.
Manage vendor coordination for repairs and replacements.
All PR , PO and Payment will be facilitated by the CAT
Review and share regular feedback on the condition of facility assets such as furniture, chairs, ACs, and other mapped assets.
Maintain asset register and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.
Develop and implement SOPs for facility operations (security, housekeeping, cafeteria, maintenance).
Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence.
Update SOPs based on operational feedback and compliance changes.
Manage cafeteria vendor contracts, menu planning, hygiene audits, and billing.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety standards.
Oversee infrastructure maintenance (kitchen equipment, dining area).
Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and beautification projects.
Manage budgets, vendor selection, and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Oversee space planning and layout optimization.
