Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our immigration and overseas education operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, data management, client records, application processing, and administrative support for student visas, visitor visas, spouse visas, and other immigration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client records, files, and databases accurately.
- Prepare, verify, and organize visa application documents.
- Coordinate with counselors and case processing teams for file management.
- Upload and update client information in CRM and company systems.
- Draft letters, forms, checklists, and supporting documentation.
- Track application status and maintain follow-up records.
- Handle email correspondence with clients, universities, embassies, and partner institutions.
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Assist in processing applications for Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, Germany, and Europe study and visitor visas.
- Generate reports and maintain daily operational records.
- Support office administration and other back-office activities as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations, immigration, or overseas education consultancy preferred.
- Knowledge of Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, and Europe visa processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
