Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Law Graduate (LLB Fresher) to join our Compliance Department. The role involves supporting the organization in ensuring adherence to legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including corporate, labour, and regulatory laws
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other documentation
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance trackers
- Support in handling legal documentation related to day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related requirements
- Assist in responding to notices and queries from government and regulatory authorities
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries, and briefs
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of legal records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of corporate laws, labour laws, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
