Role Overview
The Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR) plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining a high-performing workforce that supports the organization's academic excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term business success. The role is responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR services across talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
Coordinate and execute bulk hiring drives to meet manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals and professional networks.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and record management.
Ensure smooth execution of employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Conduct full and final settlement (F&F) procedures for exiting employees.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and resolve payroll-related employee queries.
Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate statutory filings and maintain compliance documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition,payroll, and employee data.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Address employee grievances and assist in disciplinary processes.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Coordinate performance management and training activities.
Act as the primary HR contact for employee-related matters.
Contribute to creating a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented work culture.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Proven expertise in recruitment, bulk hiring, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the education, training, or skill development sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
