About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can actively promote our tile showroom products by developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, increasing showroom footfall through professional networking, and converting leads into sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers regularly.
- Present new tile collections, catalogs, and product samples.
- Generate project inquiries and convert them into sales orders.
- Build long-term relationships with design professionals and influencers.
Sales & Client Management
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the showroom team for order execution.
- Follow up with leads, pending quotations, and project opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather information about upcoming construction and renovation projects.
- Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Coordination
- Coordinate with showroom staff regarding customer requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and product launches.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of tiles, marble, sanitaryware, bathware, or building materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM/follow-up tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Experience in tiles, building materials, paint, plywood, sanitaryware, or interior products will be an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of architect/interior designer visits per month.
- New project inquiries generated.
- Sales revenue achieved.
- Conversion ratio of inquiries to orders.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- New architect/designer accounts added.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Reporting To: Showroom Owner / Sales Manager
Objective: Increase sales by creating a strong network of architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors while ensuring excellent customer service and consistent follow-up of all leads and project opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
