We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Prepare reports and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
