SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (DEMAND-BASED JOB)
Location : Kochi/Remote
We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator on a demand-basis to support
and maintain our IT infrastructure as required. The candidate will be responsible for server
maintenance, Microsoft environment administration, Azure management, application
installation, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and monitor physical and virtual servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications on System
- Manage and maintain Microsoft environments including Windows Server and
Microsoft 365.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and user authentication systems.
- Perform server updates, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and compliance with IT policies.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support whenever required.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and maintenance.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, and identity management.
- Expertise in server maintenance and system troubleshooting.
- Experience installing and supporting applications on laptops/desktops.
- Basic networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and system security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure
Support.
- Experience handling Microsoft Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SSO environments
is preferred.
- Experience in providing remote and onsite IT support for organizations.
