We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Solutions, Fire Alarm Systems, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support activities for security and safety systems.
The candidate will work closely with customers, project teams, and service engineers to ensure successful implementation and support of security solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCCTV Surveillance Systems
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IP-based CCTV systems.
- Configuration and administration of NVRs, DVRs, and VMS platforms.
- Camera setup, camera mapping, recording configuration, and playback management.
- Troubleshooting camera connectivity, storage, and video quality issues.
- Remote viewing setup and support.
- DDNS configuration and port forwarding.
- Network integration for CCTV systems.
