Audicious Ives is urgently hiring energetic and confident candidates for a US Calling Process dealing in used auto parts sales. This role involves both outbound and inbound calling to customers based in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to US customers regarding used auto parts (engines, transmissions, body parts, etc.)
- Answer inbound customer queries related to part availability, pricing, and orders
- Convince and convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
- Follow up with customers on pending orders/quotes
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order processing
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Prior experience in US voice process / auto parts sales preferred (not mandatory)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Experienced candidates from auto parts/BPO/sales background preferred
