HR Associate – Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to maintain employee records accurately, and assist in ensuring smooth HR operations while complying with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Monitor attendance and leave records
Support payroll and HR administration activities
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Assist in employee engagement and training programs
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
