Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Track action items and support special projects.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in executive or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
