Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data within organizational databases.
- Document & Report Generation: Process files, invoices, contracts, and prepare routine business reports for management.
- Financial Processing: Handle basic accounting tasks like reconciling accounts, verifying documents, and issuing receipts.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Coordinate with the front office, sales, and HR teams to resolve internal queries and organize workflow.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies or specialized industry inventory.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (particularly Advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and database management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in high-volume environments.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for handling internal documentation and professional emails.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is typically preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
